What are the types of Materials and Metals  we use?

Kreshya works with Best Quality products.

  • Cubic Zirconium Manufactured by Swarovski

  • Natural Semi-Precious Stones

  • Lab Grown Stones

  • Pearls (Natural and Cultured)

The metals used by Kreshya are as follows.

  • Silver 925

  • Silver 930( Kreshya Custom Alloy)

  • Surgical Grade Steel

  • Brass (Coming soon)

  • Titanium ( Coming soon).

Does your Product Tarnish?

Silver 930 , Brass and Stainless Steel do not tarnish. 925 Silver is a naturally tarnishing material. Our team at Kreshya will be happy to assist you in any queries in relation to the above. Please check the individual product details available on the product pages. All our products are Cadmium Free and Nickel Free as per export standards.

 

What Plating/Coating is used for your Products?

We have a variety of Plating and Coating options ranging from Gold Plating in 24K, 22k, 18k, Rhodium Polish, E-Coating and Kreshya’s Exclusive Emission Free Coating. Please check individual product details for specifications on Plating and Polish and Coating.

 

MAINTENANCE:

 

Although our products come with a long lasting coating we recommend all our customers to follow a few basic steps to ensure the product lasts longer. However if you face any issues, our team at Kreshya will be happy  to assist you.

 

  1. Avoid the application of perfume, lotion, sunscreen and sanitizer directly or indirectly on your Kreshya product.

  2. Remove your products before bathing, swimming or exercising.

  3. Store in a soft pouch/ air tight pouch provided by Kreshya and avoid contact with other jewellery. For earrings we recommend storing the pieces individually.

  4. Clean your plated jewellery gently. Jewellery must be cleaned after every use with a soft cloth provided by Kreshya.

  5. Avoid scratching and grinding the jewellery.

 

PAYMENTS:

 

Do you have COD​?

We provide Cash on Delivery however the option to pay via Debit and Credit card is currently not available.

Is COD available for customers outside India?

Cod option is only available within India.

 

Why is COD option not available in my location?

Our services currently do not extend to certain districts due to the limited reach of the courier companies. We are working on it and hope to be there shortly!

 

What are the payment modes available at Kreshya ?

We accept all major modes of payments including Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards & Cash On Delivery.

How will the refund happen if I pay in COD?

Any and all refunds will be issued to the customer within 5 working days after receiving the product and Quality Check completion.  The refunded amount will be issued to the buyer as a coupon for the same value with a 6 Months Validity.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Do you Ship outside India?

Yes we do ship outside India.

 

What are the Shipping Charges?

The Shipping Charges will be flat 3,000INR per purchase.

 

I live outside India, but want the order to be delivered in India, is this possible?

 Yes it is. You can choose to have separate Shipping and Billing addresses. Our team will deliver the order to your Shipping address.

 

My international order covered by insurance ?

Yes, all our shipments are covered by insurance.

 

Do I have to pay any Custom/ Duty on my order?

Customs and duties would be based on the importing countries norms. Any and all local taxes if any, would be borne directly by the customer.

 

How can I return my International Order?

We are currently not accepting Returns and Exchanges for orders placed Internationally. We urge all our customers to share an image of the product if received in a damaged condition. Our team shall assist you in the process of claiming Insurance/offering a replacement for the damaged product.*

 

What if my International Order is Damaged ?

All damages during transit are covered by Insurance. We request you to share the product image within 7 days of receiving your product.

PROCESS OF CUSTOMIZATION:

  1. Uploading image/ sharing  reference images and details of your requirement on the website or via Whastapp.

  2. A designer will get in touch with you for a one time free consulting session. Mood board will be shared with the customer in 3- 4 days.

  3. On approval of mood board, a call will be scheduled with our designer to finalise the first draft design with a rough estimate.

  4. Once the estimated price is approved, a payment link will be generated and shared.

  5. Once the payment is received the product will require 30- 45 days for completion.

  6. Returns / Exchanges are not available for customisation

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

We are now accommodating Returns & Exchanges on purchases within India. We offer a one time return or exchange for all our products.

Returns & Exchanges  will only be accepted if the request is placed within 7 days of receiving your package.

If the customer chooses to return or exchange a product. The value for the same will be issued as a credit coupon with a validity of 6 months from the date of issue*.

 

*Once a return is requested, Kreshya will issue a free of cost one time pick up service for the following product. The received product will have to qualify our QC following which store credit or a replacement will be issued.

Quality control check for all items returned or exchanged will be completed and issued in the form of store credit/coupons within 5 days of receiving the product.

Returns / Exchanges are not available for customisation.
